What better team to take the top wildcat player than the team that brought the wildcat to the NFL. Don't be surprised if White gives Chad Henne a run for the starting job when the Pennington era ends. White could also be the backup QB on gamedays to allow an extra player to suit up. Good pick for Miami.

Strengths If you are Pat White you are a huge fan of the Wildcat formation. White is more of running back than a wide receiver or quarterback at the next level. Has tremendous vision and make cuts like a tailback. Speed in the open field makes Pat White an intriguing prospect. Don't forget Michael Robinson was listed as an undrafted free agent in most mock drafts and ended up as a third round pick by San Francisco in 2006. He threw the ball better than he is given credit for as a senior.

Weaknesses Does not have the makeup or accuracy to be a quarterback in the NFL. RB and WR would be new positions to him. Hard to identify a particular role for White at the next level. A backup quarterback used for the Wildcat formation? A third down running back? A kick returner?
