Loadholt is a good fit for a Vikings team needing to upgrade the right side of their offensive line.

Strengths Quite a load at 6-8 350lbs. Loadholt is your prototypical right tackle at the next level. A punishing run blocker who uses technique and brute force. Has long arms and displays a powerful punch in pass protection. Hard worker with good footwork and balance.

Weaknesses Tends to stand upright in pass protection. Can he handle speed rushers at the next level? Will most likely need to move to right tackle after playing mostly left in college. Big offensive tackles can get exposed as rookies by faster left defensive ends. May not fit into a zone blocking scheme very well. More of a straight ahead blocker in college.
