NFLDraft101.com was launched in February 2008 to provide football fans with a hard hitting site for all their NFL Draft needs. Our work has been featured in the USAToday NFL Draft Guide, Atlanta Journal Constitution, CBSSportsline, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and on ESPN680theFan (Atlanta).- Chris Maier, Senior Editor/Business Manager - Headed up MVN.com’s NFL Draft coverage in 2007 before helping found Draft101 in 2008. Also served as MVN’s Bengal’s editor from 2005-2008 while also hosting their weekly NFL Podcast, The Blitz, from 2005-2009. His work has been featured on Sportsline and atlantafalcons.com and his Bengal site was recognized as a top Bengals blog by CNNSI and Deadspin. Chris resides in Cincinnati and is a graduate of Michigan State and Notre Dame and is a member of the FWAA.
- Dan Wernery, Chief Scout - Hosted MVN.com’s Football and Basketball University from 2006-2007 while also serving as The Blitz’s draft expert before becoming the show’s co-host from 2008-2009. He also served as MVN.com’s Chief Scout for the 2007 NFL Draft before helping found Draft101.com. His work has been featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Dan resides in Cincinnati and attended the University of Cincinnati.
- Doug Lancy, Senior Editor/Chief Technology Officer – Heads up Draft101’s NFL coverage and has been a student of sabermetrics in baseball and has been applying its principles in football to analyze NFL players and teams since 2006. Doug is also a founding partner of Draft101 and serves as the site’s webmaster. Doug resides in Cincinnati is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
- Josh Moellman, Associate Editor – College Sports – Josh was host of MVN.com’s Football and Basketball University from 2008-2009 and recently joined Draft 101 as an associate editor focused on college football and basketball.
- Patrick Black, Associate Editor – Pro Sports – Patrick was host of MVN.com’s Football and Basketball University from 2007-2009 and recently joined Draft 101 as an associate editor focused on NFL, NHL and NBA.
- Raul Colon, Contributor – NFL Draft – Raul Colon is a writer, sport reporter and historical columnist known for his practical research and insight. He has published over 350 articles and three major Papers over a period of three years. He covers college and pro football for the Puerto Rico Daily Sun and PR Sport Scene magazine. His work can be found on many internet sites as well as in trade magazines.
